Unless we do something drastic, we will be מקריב many קרבנות. We could save the day, if we only do the following. And it could be done.
A. Rent a large auditorium, hall or school building.
B. Fill it up, starting with 15 beds. Does not have to be $20,000 beds. You can get pretty good ones for $1,500 dollars.
C. Bring in ventilators, instead of giving it to the hospitals.
D. Bring in respiritory specialists. You don't need that many.
E. Bring in Infectious Disease specialists
F. Bring in some paramedics to be able to intubate. In the west they hire medics in the hospitals, to do everything the nurses don't do. Medics can also run codes and dispense life saving drugs. The nurses can do the Foley's, take labs, take care of patients' hygiene, and other needs.
No... were not going to be doing a chest tube.
G. Nurses will be paid more than they get paid in hospitals.
H. We need health workers from OUR COMMUNITY! Understanding, supportive, have families in OUR COMMUNITY. They best understand what a parent means to a child, what a child means to a parent.

If a patient knows he had his brothers and sisters taking care of him or her, or under their orders, they will call us early and allow us to save them.
