We would like to hereby notify you of the following impending changes in our filtering policies that are to take effect on Oct. 22 ‘15:
The Telegram App will be completely blocked on all Meshimer-filtered Android devices.
Following the App's recent updates, which are in conflict with Meshimer policies, Telegram has already been blocked on all Meshimer-filtered PCs and is in process of implementation on Android devices as well.
