What is an acceptable hourly rate for a designer (designing a book in In-Design) with 4-5 years of experience? Graphics artist works at home as an independent contractor, amount of work is 20-25 hours monthly for the next few months. I’m satisfied from the quality of work. Is $40 hourly strongly overpaid?...
