We can remotely access Samsung SAFE devices which are newer Samsungs. However to take control and view the device the user must install a remote control app and will be notified the admin is attempting access at which point they must accept to let the admin take control. This is used to remotely assist not spy.. , We can delete applications from Android devices that were installed via Maas360. Our product gives admins the ability to add an app catalog on devices that the user can install only these apps can be deleted remotely. We do not acces call information, or texts,or emails, We can remotely lock phones to a new passcode on android devices,

I asked:

what i am asking is if the owner of the company wants my phone to have maas360 installed on my device, he may set it that he will be able to see all my phone calls, and/or all my text. true or false?



he answered:

False, Our product does not "See" any texts, emails, or phonecalls..

We do not collect that information, we are not spy software we are there to protect corporate data, email and information pushed out through the maas360 app itself such as documentation.



Then I wrote:

to make it clear there is no way that my boss can see my private emails and phone calls and text, even if he installed maas360 on my device.
